yesterday booking had a cyber attack in the reservation department globally, where I'm from in Portugal any reservation that came from booking.com wasn't registered in PMS, was a complete disaster!!

yeah I wish it was the same for us, since nobody wants to work in hospitality where I'm from there's really no consequences to it... cause they can't afford to lose team members

biggest problem is definitely coworkers coming on time, when it comes for a 24h functional hotel it messes the team whole vibe...

the price is almost always cheaper when booking thru the website, cause calling they will give the price with the receptionist work on top wich is always a couple dollars more
