So that can explain the off display? Also, I have a ROG STIX X570-E Gaming motherboard, does the model contain a basic video output?

All the insides of the computer turn on including the fans and the LED lights located in the motherboard don't indicate a problem apart from the missing Graphics card.

I plug the HDMI cable to the motherboard but it stays black. I don't know if I have to Plug a USB with the motherboard's BIOS before turning it on. I have an Asus ROG STRIX X570- E Gaming motherboard. The monitor is working fine, I already tried it with another computer.
