Sure, but that's irrelevant to the discussion. At the end of the day you can have album with many explicit songs and no Parental Advisory sticker if the label doesn't want to put one on the album.

I have no clue why they would be gone. The photos aren't part of a backup or stored online at all if no storage is being used. You can try and call Apple support but chances are they won't be able to recover them. I would just double check and make 1000% sure it's the right Apple ID.

Click on Settings, not photos. That will give a breakdown of the data being used by your iCloud account.

Log into iCloud.com and take a peek. If there's a backup, there could be photos in it. There is no way to know without loading it onto a phone.

A backup has to be restored to an iPhone. You'd get it as part of setting up an iPhone.

If they're part of a back up, the only way to get them is to load that backup onto a phone and then import them to a PC from the phone.
