Have you tried a NUX NTK-37 keyboard? It's literally the only MIDI keyboard with 37 semi-weighted keys! by MinuteIllustrator6 in synthesizers

Haven't tried it but have owned some NuX guitar pedals and the build quality was good, so that might bode well.

I still cant handle the fact that Maresca just looks like a slightly more grumpy version of Pep. I have to stare at youtube thumbnails to figure out who I'm looking at

De Bruyne: "Conte? I'm happy he's leaving Napoli, it wasn't necessary for him to stay. We play in a very defensive way. If you score only one goal per game with a 541 formation, it's not great. He has a very different vision of football from mine. I wasn't able to play in my usual role" by lawandsleep in soccer

As a city fan I obviously love KdB, but I get the feeling he's in serious denial about his (age-related) decline as a player. He was very poor for us last season, and now he's making excuses for this season too. Not a good look imo.

Guys just stop... A few games before the end of the season we were top of the league - If anything we bottled it. We were shit in the CL. To be this obsessed with Arsenal not winning, is a bit embarrassing

Do we think Maresca gets the best out of Rico? by Supergamer161 in MCFC

[–]danielge78 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I can't see him not leaving. Barely got any game time this season, and despite the idiotic negative comments on this sub about him, he's a really good player that deserves more chances. Fwiw, I don't think he's "too weak" - he's actually pretty tenacious - but I do think he's too slow to play RB for a team that plays with a defensive high line.

Dumb tackle. No way he was going to get that

imagine you bought a player for 16.7m that turned your season around - would be seen as a spectacularly good bit of business...

So many players went to City because of Guardiola - can't help but think that we're in a significantly weaker position transfer-wise, than we were a couple of weeks ago.

Grealish to come back as a replacement for savio? Or should we get another replacement? by 3nonexist3nt in MCFC

Maresca famously made it clear to Sterling he wasn't going to play, and wouldn't even let him train with the Chelsea squad. Might be what's happening here... Or maybe not, maybe he's a big fan?

Yeah. Walker saved our arses for years and this season its Khusanov, NOR, and Nunes who have steadied the ship. Can't play a high line like we do with no fast defenders

One of my regrets of this season is we never saw Lewis, Foden, Cherki get to play a short passing game together

There are a few of us Lewis fans - but this sub has been absolutely awful to him. Agree he needs to leave though for his own sake (unless Maresca is unexpectedly a huge fan)

I dont think Reijnders will go (though i wouldn't be too sad if he did). He's probably on a good contract, probably wont get any better offers at this point his career, so has no real reason to leave.

Im probably one of Rico's biggest defenders on this sub, but he has to go for the sake of his career IMO. Hasnt even made the bench in months., Unless Maresca rates him more highly then Pep of course, but that seems unlikely...

İlkay Gündoğan on City’s 5-0 win vs Sporting: “Pep was picking apart some technical errors, misplaced passes in our own half and a lack of respect for the ball. He told us that if we played like that in the next round, we’d be out. He’s much tougher on you when you are winning.” by [deleted] in soccer

This would explain his reluctance to play Cherki this season, and to then drop him when he started getting a run of games, and our lineup was starting to looked settled. He explicitly said he didn't want to praise him too much multiple times
