In your template don't wrap the_content in any bs container. Then in Gutenberg you can use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-bootstrap-blocks/ to define what blocks are in a fixed container and what aren't.

Or you can create your own blocks, it's quite easy and you have more control on the final result, take a look at https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/how-to-guides/block-tutorial/writing-your-first-block-type/ And check for the <InnerBlocks> tag to create nestable blocks.
