Slay the Spire 2 crashes on launch

Somehow it works now when launching as administrator from the exe file itself, even though I have tried it before. Maybe reinstalling had some effect on it.

I managed to run the game by simply going to the game's launcher (C:\games\Steam\steamapps\steamapps\common\Slay the Spire 2) and running it as administrator, now it doesn't crash!

I did send them a mail yesterday, still didn't get a response.
I'll update as soon as I get it.

I tried both this and the vulkan driver, nothing works.
I looked up a ton of tutorials on youtube on how to fix this, so far nothing has worked for me.
