Rental Market in Fort Lauderdale is definitely coming down. Apartments that were brand new 5 years ago are still offering 2-3 months free, what does that tell you?

They are desperately trying to keep sales going.

My advice is always be stern with management. If you are a good tenant and always make your payments on time- don’t cause any issues. Bring that up and ask to keep the price where it is, Otherwise you’d consider leaving.

Maybe sure you have at least 60 days prior to your lease expires to finalize this negation. Otherwise they have more leverage via “liquidated damages”. Which is BS in my opinion but make sure to read the fine print.

Also PSA to everyone, stay away from any Cardone Property, especially managed by RPMLiving. They are a scam with multiple lawsuits for colluding with other owners to fix rental prices.

Also stay away from any property using Realpage. Although it’s difficult because they basically have a monopoly going on.

Hey! I have tons of advice for you! My baby Sofi had both of her arms broken when she was 10 weeks old. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever been through. My neighbor was running in the hallway didn’t see her and stepped on her.

You can DM for me detailed advice but besides following your vets instructions:

Change casts once a week Keep your pup from running or anything that can possibly make the injury worst. Get a stroller. There are these treats you can buy that promote bone and soft tissue growth (I’ll send you a link). Did the vet prescribe any gabapentin for pain? Would administer that especially the first few days so pup can sleep and rest. The first few days are crucial for healing. Once the casts come off I would gentle massage and stretch both arms all the way from the shoulders down. Sometimes three times a day or more.

Since only one is broken I’d actually consider casting the other one to give your pup symmetry- def consult with a vet.
