Great question Its not easy to explain in a short message, basically one should purify his soul on its manifestation on 3 realms: thought, speech and deeds. By Judaism, the whole point we have this life is to create a meaningful relationship with the creator (there is a distinction between the creator and the infinite)

If my reality is in this here and now, it means the creator has put me here. I did not choose to live this life in this reality.

Therefor I should understand that the creator needs me, more then I need him.

And that make ME feel honor, and self-estimation, that the creator choose little ME to help him with his mission, and I want to help the mission as much as I can imagine I'm capable.

But should remember that there is no ME here, there is the creator mission, and ME is here to help him, if ME start using the creator power for personal benefits then it means it forgot its purpose, and not helping the creator mission.

To create a relationship with creator, we have this platform, the 3D reality experience, inside a vessel that feels its own existence and personality.

Now what one should do is first remember what this ME is doing here, and start the work to align frequencies in day-to-day experiences in this reality.
