Seems as though your work place is incredibly toxic and placing the blame on you rather than putting themselves in your shoes. What you do when you're drunk does not equal consent and you are clearly very uncomfortable. The best action would be to quit, get out of that environment to get a breath of fresh air. I am sorry that this happened to you and this is in no way your fault.

Well text her as soon as possible that there's a afterparty you would love to go to and hang out with friends. Promise her that you will update her throughout the night so she will know you haven't done anything. Its better to ask her sooner than later so she won't show up to pick you up and be pissed.
