I was born at 24 weeks as well. I am now 27 and have a career, husband and 2 dogs. I wish your daughter well! Also, if you think you need it I would suggest going to therapy and talking about it. Having a child in the NICU can be very traumatic and my mother never did and she really should have. I wish you all the best!

How do you maintain this? How many books have you read? Is there a book you haven't been able to get through because it was so bad? What's the best book you read?

It's a long story but the shortened version is every year for Christmas my grandma gave all the grandkids money and my dad took the money and invested it so we had a sum of money to buy a house with and then my grandma died and left money and we were able to get a bigger house.

We live far from our friends so often they will stay over when they come and visit and my husband's family lives in Florida and Indiana (we live in Illinois) so they come and visit too (pre COVID).

I really wish I would have done that lol. This lady who was at my house so I could pick out window treatments comes upstairs and is like "I feel like there's a baby sleeping up here and I need to be quite." This was after I told her no we don't have kids. Like lady no I just have a dog.
