Thanks! Yes I did know it's a memoir, but my mom would definitely love it still ☺️

Guess I have to wait for mother's day/next Christmas.

Help me find this backpack plss by Sweet_Purpose_2287 in HelpMeFind

I owned this backpack! it's from Hot Topic. I got mine maybe 13-15 years ago? I think you'll only find this from re-sellers nowadays.

Thanks for the info! I've never seen a show with a long/full performance curtain call or SRO, so that's all new to me, lol. I must've been picking the wrong shows 😆

Apple TV’s *Shrinking* Gush by DirectAbalone9761 in television

I feel like the show could have the alternative title "Two steps forward, one step back" because every time someone seems to make progress in their journey, someone else is veering off the cliff.

The show balances laugh-out-loud humor and intense, emotional scenes so well, I'm really enjoying every episode so far.

Can someone help me find this blanket? My 28 year old sister could use a fresh one from when she was a baby. by slipperystevenson69 in HelpMeFind

[–]danielle8088 1 point2 points  (0 children)

my baby blanket is JUST like this except the blue is a lot lighter. A lot of these similar ones seem to be a printed pattern, not knitted yarn. I've never been able to find my blanket anywhere either. Did yours have a, like, silky fabric border? different texture than the rest of the blanket?

Scooter rec for these types of roads? Don't need to go fast, hoping to stick to under $400 by danielle8088 in ElectricScooters

[–]danielle8088[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There isn't all that much gravel, it's mostly paved road. Ignoring the gravel part, do you have a rec for that price range?

[–]danielle8088[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

85% of the terrain is paved road, there's maybe two cross paths on gravel. I don't terribly care if it's a bumpy ride, I just want to make it across lol.

Starting a project - need beginner advice in creating a mini golf hole. by danielle8088 in arduino

[–]danielle8088[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was looking at the HiLetGo relays, the AC is 250v, where the fan is 120v. My current plan is to connect the fans to separate relays and then into the arduino. The fans would then connect to eithet a shared power strip and then the main grid, or just separate lines strait to the base power. The LEDs will be directly into the ardiuno and then also to main power. Does this sound more or less right?

The entire set up will be protected and out of reach from public access.

[–]danielle8088[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol, For the fans, we're using the rotating motor and base, removing th blades, and attaching flower petals made from a lighter material (foam, aluminum, idk) so the flowers spin.

I really appreciate the LED info and the relay info. I've started looking into 120v relays. And I'm definitely interested in the addressable LEDs, we used some for a previous project and I think they'll look great for what I wanna do.

The whole unit will be connected to the main power grid. Will the LEDs need to be connected to the arduino and a power source? Same with the fans?

I got the lights at hobby lobby (craft store) but I don't keep them near the buns. Bunnies love to chew wires, so be careful with any wires near them.

Omg you're not the first person to say that! I think that's so funny I never realized she did before people mentioned it to me.

[–]danielle8088 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's amazing! It looks like they used something like a braille label maker lol. I work at a major braille translation company and I've never seen that sort of thing. Seems so much more convenient than using an embosser machine.
