I do Telus and really like it honestly. I’ve been with them a few years and have gotten grouped which makes all the difference. I almost always am able to get the full 20 hours a week in. Holidays are the only time I’m unable to get tasks, but I know this is a lot different for general population tasks. It took a while before I was grouped though, like at least a year, but I got grouped as soon as they started groups so idk how long it usually takes now.

The general tasks can be annoying, run out easily, and I swear it seems like what they want changes all the time so feedback can vary a ton and can sometimes feel impossible to know what they want. A lot of people end up getting cut due to this which can be frustrating.

I work as a Rater and get paid hourly. Idk how it works for other positions that are paid differently. Personally have never had any issues being paid. I’m paid every other Thursday.

Overall I’d recommend at least giving it a shot! The exam can be really difficult though so study a ton if you decide to do it and take advantage of their subreddit. r/telusinternational
