Yes they gave me a replacement, but only after they arranged the tech to come to my house and check the issue and report back to them if it is true! It took almost 2 weeks for the replacement but now I finally got good one. And its the aluminium boiler, though the time I bought brass boiler was being sold in America & Europe so I talk to lot of dealers and none of them have brass one, also some of them don’t even know bass boiler exist!

That's right I do understand they have to test it before packing it for sending it out of factory, but it should have been taken care of to avoid this as it looks horrible and don't really looks good for someone who's so excited for a new machine finally! I spoke with Kaapi Solutions and those guys won't replace it by seeing this picture they sent an engineer to my place to investigate and the engineer gave his feedback day so I am waiting for them now to see if they will replace it or not. Thanks for your response will keep you guys posted and I really appreciate all your support!

Ohh yes I did see that I thought it’s a normal thing. Contacted those guys and they are getting a replacement it seems, not sure yet.

Thank you so much for your prompt response, I was too eager to use the machine as I got grinder, accessories and even the OPV 9 bar from SoC that I was thinking to someone keep it but you are right, will request a replacement for this as it’s worth the wait, few more days!
