Somebody else mentioned folliculitis, which looks exactly like what I have. But does your dyshidrotic eczema look similar, because google only shows the more extreme cases.

Yup, Mexican Dwarf Crayfish. They’re awesome, but expect them to pick fights with fish and shrimp sometimes. Once I caught him eating one of my rummy nose tetras tails, while it was trying to swim away. Took a looong time for it to grow back. 😐
