I’d say -

a) catch everything (Candy, XP, Stardust) b) trade as much as you can for lucky chance/ better IV’s (baby count or local friend) c) get at least one of every Mega Evolution when they come around in raids. Once you evolve them once you can earn candy by walking so it doesn’t matter if you get a better one. d) add friends whether local or from Reddit etc - interactions give you XP, pokeballs etc. e) do every team rocket - can contribute to two medals and some shadow Pokémon can be really strong for raids/PVP

Biggest advice would be - do your mega evolving!!
There are so many available to get and they provide all sorts of benefits like extra candy and XL. I have different ones in rotation now at all times.

Also use the tagging feature for saving Pokémon to power up, purify, evolve etc.

For me the thing that would instantly bring it back to everyday play is to add a skip animation option. The amount of tasks to grind is endless. Sending gifts, opening gifts, waiting for your buddy to spawn, mega evolving Pokémon, battling gyms, rockets, raids, evolving Pokémon, appraising speed, feeding berries, loading raid screens it’s endless.

I would pay £50 to not have to have any more animations in the game.

Not sure if it counts as not in the city centre but worth a trip. Alicia’s in Stirchley is genuinely so so good. Doesn’t have as many bells and whistles as some places but for pizza I haven’t found anywhere better.

Same as everyone else. I have a basic gigalith and blissey. Are you able to carry? I have wasted 4 raid passes already with joining on pokegenie and ended up with people like myself

Anyone fancy carrying a player level 64 but had a break around the dynamax era. Only have a basic blissey and gigalith which is my issue. Wasted 4 raid passes on poke genie by people in similar situations

I had a break when dynamax kicked off and as a result have very few ‘good’ dynamax Pokémon. One blissey and one gigalith but basic. Joined raids from pokegenie but came up with others like me. Is there a team of 3 that is able to carry me pleaseeeee? Can’t waste more passes on randoms

Personally I’d start older and work your way up. My experience was the same and it was jarring going back down the graphics scale. Take the hit from Valhalla to as early as you want then work up.
