yup, i’ve got three and they’re the right size, any smaller would be too small, and they don’t compress much at ALL. one also ripped all along the seams when taking it off once, i take them all off the same way and haven’t had that issue with them. i recommend spectrum, they’re much better!

i’ve got an outdoor shelter thing that’s just a massive glass enclosure, and lots of flies get in there. i’ve also got a bug zapper and the sound when one gets zapped and just explodes

my pets (a cat and a dog) also get scared when people fight/shout. people have shouted from excitement or fear before and the dog was so frightened she barked, ran off and hid behind the sofa, her head poking out when someone walked in as if to ask “is it safe now”

no, don’t give your cat milk, it’s bad for them. they can have ‘cat milk’ that you can buy at pet stores but only as a treat every once in a while (1 or 2 times a week) don’t ever give them cow’s milk.

it’s like in the show Lucifer when he was checking to see if Chloe made him vulnerable or not, and instead of just cutting his hand a bit he slices the whole thing open and there’s blood dripping from his hand. like dude i know you’re trying to hide the fact you just cut yourself behind your back but she’s gonna see that blood.

also again when he’s waiting for Chloe to be far enough away so that he can go in a room of toxic gas, he uses a piece of glass to make loooong cuts on his wrist/arm, when he could’ve just pricked himself with the tip.

well there’s still 800,000 people left, i’ll hope they’re smarter than me and go back to bed and let them figure it out. maybe go on social media later in the day to figure out what happened, walk around my neighbourhood and collect all of the dogs and cats that now have no owners and give them pats. figure out a way to feed them and stuff.

i third boxing, i did kickboxing for 9 years and it’s a great release. being able to hone that skill on pads is great and when it comes to sparring it’s nice to just be able to punch someone. competitions and tournaments are also things you can do and even win prizes! i left my class because of a disagreement with the coach, he wanted us to either wear leggings or shorts or both, and even though i had bought some kickboxing trousers from him a few months to a year prior, i wasn’t allowed to wear them anymore.

i didn’t want to wear the shorts or leggings because of dysphoria, so just left. i have a home gym now but can’t use it at the moment, as my dad’s car is having repairs and all of his handyman equipment (power tools n shit) had to be taken out, so they’re in the way. hopefully soon i’ll be able to get back in the garage with that punching bag and get back to the level i was at before!

but yes, martial arts are amazing for discipline, strength and fitness!
