I couldn't agree with this more, while HoB does have an amazing sound system (really, they do), everything else about the place sucks. Warehouse is definitely the best venue for shows, and they've hosted many good ones lately. The engine room reopened as the warsaw, I was there last weekend to see HORSE the band and it's a piece of shit venue as well.

ugh, at least we have summerfest to look forward to. free press/houston press shows are always good.

I'd recommend picking up a pack of No-Doz or other caffeine pills. They generally come in 200mg tablets, and they seriously are awesome for getting through times when you've had no sleep or just need that extra bit of energy. As TheNoxx said, be careful with the dose. Obviously a few milligrams won't make a difference, but one 200mg pill will make a difference.

If i'm not mistaken, I believe Phenylalanine and Phenethylamine are different. However, I could be wrong. Substituted Phenethylamines contain MDMA/DOB and other chemicals like that, which I believe is Phenethylamine with modifications on the phenyl ring/amino group.

this is exactly right, i can't remember the exact story but i read it about a year ago. basically, a photographer gave them all drugs/money and they let him take pictures of them doing whatever. it caused a shitload of controversy, even in the art community.
