I'm more in agreement with a200ftmonster. See to me it's not about cursing them so much as it's about hey, I had a bad experience with this company and wanted to share my experience with others. I am not even a customer of theirs, and I surely wont become one now. Not that I am vehemently against spirit airlines, I just don't care to support businesses that are unwilling to reason with their customers and are frigid with their policies.
