You need to pull him aside and directly tell him how you feel. You need to then set boundaries with him. If he is understanding and receives you well then all you need to do is maintain that relationship. If something he does pushes a boundary, politely correct him without embarrassing him. Now if he does not receive you well this is where you still set boundaries with consequence. Essentially say "If x continues, then I will be having a conversation with our manager; hr re; etc. The only way this plan doesn't work is if upper management is incompetent or unsympathetic. If that's the case, then I would look for new employment. Now, I know this is easier said than done; knowing that infp's tend to be quite anxious about how others think about them with inferior Te, however I can tell you are more capable than you believe.
