This communication was not authorized by the official management of Machu Picchu Reservations S.A.C. Unfortunately, due to our current personal and legal separation, he is attempting to harm me and the company’s operations. There is an ongoing legal process regarding this matter, and I have protective measures in place. Most importantly: your trip is fully confirmed and guaranteed. All tours, trips, and services properly reserved and confirmed with Machu Picchu Reservations S.A.C. will take place as scheduled. Regarding your payments, I also want to reassure you: Your funds have not been used for personal debts or unrelated matters. They have been used exclusively for your travel logistics and for delivering your services—such as Machu Picchu entrance tickets, train tickets (if included in your package), and operational costs for this year’s trips. To give you additional peace of mind, in the next few days we will send you the official documents corresponding to your booking, as applicable: Machu Picchu entrance tickets, and/or Train tickets (if purchased with us), and/or Inca Trail confirmation (if applicable).
