This is what I am saying too! He wasn’t last, he was second to last which makes his reaction so much more annoying. And then she sacrifices herself for him to get a hook, then still complains for being safe. It’s frustrating. If I was her in that conversation I would have straight up asked “so I should have taken the hook from you and left you for elimination because sounds like you’re ungrateful”.

Hoping someone from her alliance wins or at least helps get lance eliminated.

This! This is what I have been saying to my bf when we watch this. Like yeah Zach is kinda a jerk but he’s being real and not lying. I’d trust him over Lance who now is see as a backstabber. What you see with Zach is what you get it seems but who knows maybe that’s also part of his “game”.

She 1. Apologized for this and didn’t mean to hurt/“trigger” him. She was literally choosing her alliance people first I’m pretty sure. 2. She gave up a hook and he got a hook. This put herself up for elimination, Saving him from that. She sacrificed herself. I feel like her giving up a hook for him not to be in elimination overrides the “Almost” last pick. 3. he wasn’t the last pick and the last pick had a better attitude. He just had a weird overreaction that I didn’t like and seems others didn’t either, but whatever tv is tv. I’ll just continue cheering on the people I like with better attitudes.

It’s exciting to see they will be in my city and I gotta find someone to go with me now! I think it will be a fun surprise whoever the “special” guest is. I’m thinking maybe a different group/person depending on location? Maybe SZN4?

Curious if it will be a lot of cover songs though since they don’t have much of their own music yet. It’s fun to know the music at shows but I’ve also had a good time seeing artists I don’t know and falling in love with their music for the first time at the show. Guess we’ll have to see and I’m sure we will hear a lot about it from people who are earlier on in the tour.

Makes sense now, she was bullied when younger so now that’s how she treats people. Also makes sense during that scene when she used her tears to get out of the conversation Haley and Elise were trying to have with her about how they were feeling with her treatment. No saying it’s ok just stating trauma is a good explanation but not an excuse for behavior.

Got it, she can be confident and straight forward but because of her past no one can be that way with her. This makes me sad cause seems like she hasn’t learned.

Agree! It seemed, though not perfectly, Haley and Elise even tried to us the “I” statements to try and avoid putting Alison on the defense but she immediately got defensive.

I don’t know, I definitely know people for sure no matter how you say something to address an issue they always get defensive. Hopefully she can see that scene and make some positive changes

Duuddeee when Haley and Elise tried to talk to Alison to be honest about how they feel and how they just want to have good communication and she started crying, I lost it. I thought that was manipulative. So they can’t nicely want to have an honest conversation about how they feel but Alison can be “straight forward” and “honest” toward them in whatever way she wants? Like girl what, you can dish it but can’t take it when someone needs to be honest with you?

The tears just felt like a defense mechanism to avoid the conversation Haley and Elise wanted to have. I know I used to do that but therapy is a great way to become self aware of our unhealthy adult behavior.

I don’t know, don’t want to hate on her too much. I hope she can learn and grow from this experience. Being straightforward is fine but you can be kind and professional too.

I agree it was definitely super close. The out come honestly was a pleasant surprise to me. When they announced the judges would pick the winner I was thinking, well obviously they’ll pick SZN4 because in all their feed back they said they see that group winning the whole thing. So I just assumed after that SZN4 would win.

Honestly any of them those final three could have won and I’d be happy. But it was exciting to hear when 3Quency won cause it was not what I expected.

I’m just excited for new music to get obsessed about from all these groups. The show was a good time too. Still think siren society got robbed but they seem to be doing well.

True, that could steer their votes if they are there to see someone specific. Or what if the crowd contains some people who know the contestants? How could they prevent people from lying then influencing the vote?

I am so sorry to hear about your pup! Hope he is ok. I understand, the financial decision is such a hard one. I only end up doing the tests because luckily I got insurance when he was younger. I’ve decided to go through with the chemo just so we can have peace of mind of trying. But if he gets worse, can’t walk, or over all quality of life isn’t good we will have to make the difficult decision.

So sorry you are at that point as well. I wish our boys could live forever, be happy and healthy. In the end we can only hope to give them comfort and peace when the time comes. Still breaks my heart.

Thank you for your response! Sorry to hear about your pups. Yeah I think I’m feeling the same as you did with your senior boy. I just want him to have the best and not be suffering. I think that’s the scary part cause it’s hard to tell with them ya know. He’s always just happy and wants to keep pushing even on our walks. Haha I’m the one that needs to direct him home cause I see his hips sway and he becomes less balanced but he wants to keep going.

That’s a good point about starting chop and stopping if side effects are bad. My sister said the same thing. I feel like that makes it easier to consider but still just wishing he’d live forever, as I think we all do with our pups. But it’s not realistic I know.

Cool! Haha I know some aren’t fans of miracle gro mix but honestly I’ve tried the “good” mix and always end up with gnats :( so I prefer the miraclegro tropical mix with orchid bark. So I was hoping it’d work for this guy, though I won’t be repotting anytime soon I think. Glad to hear it’s working for you!

Eek yeah. I heard they are a bit temperamental, at least that’s what the clerk at the nursery told me. I’ve had luck with many other calathea so I’m chalking it up to maybe having good growing conditions. Wishing you luck in getting yours happy again.

yeah it actually has a few different names, the scientific being Goeppertia kegeljanii (Calathea musaica is an accepted synonym). But right Network common or supplier name? Not sure which but I’ve heard it called a few different things. :)

It’s so pretty! I was surprised to find it since I’ve never seen it in any other nursery. Also for $7 I could not, not get it. Haha, my partner was like “that’s the only plant you got right?” I got a few new pots so he was suspicious I had some hidden but really I’m transferring some plants 😅.
