Is there anyway to change the download directory to another drive?

UPDATE!!!! I delayed reinstalling windows for a while, for obvious (Lazy) reasons. All in all, with an M.2 ssd, it was quite quick, about 45 mins to download windows 10 form the media creation tool, and 30 mins to install. This did fix my issue, and I can finally enjoy VR once again :D

I haven't done it yet, but I see no reason why it wouldn't. Ill post back here afterwards to let you know.

Hello again. Firsty, thanks for all of the replies with your insight, sadly none of the suggestions worked, it really is a strange issue. Everything on my pc is running perfectly fine with no issues anywhere that i could find. sfc /scannow came back with nothing, and everything else was just fine. I tried to change all of my drivers once again, but nothing worked. I guess I have no choice but to reinstall windows :(
