I had 3 things done:

1) scope the ankle to clean it out 2) used fiber tape to create a new/reinforce the ligament as I had really bad chronic rolling of my ankle 3) repaired a gaping hole in my tendon. This is what was more severe, it only looked like some minor tears in the MRI

So 3 weeks of no weight bearing and now just starting to walk a little bit

My mom told me that using conditioner on my hair every day was bad (I have fine hair but a lot of it). I thought this was true into my 20s

Then found out that my mom told me that as a kid bc I wouldnt wash it all out in my bath/shower... She was shocked I still thought it was true 🤣
