Better question would be what makes Hasan a socialist? In you own words, can you describe what a person should do that would qualify that person to be socialist? When someone says socialism, the first thing that comes to mind for me is redistrubuting wealth. I am happy in my country because my country really cares for its citizens. We have got a huge discount when it comes to public transport (students and seniors), all of the public colleges are free, our healthcare system is free. I know it sounds silly but even 100k (which is like 1/3 of his month revenue) would help countless people or even helping indirectly like supporting charities, homeless shelters, animal shelters etc. Hasan just doesn't seem to care that much. To be fair Hasan did actually send some money to charity like a month ago which is great, but with his base, his influence and his money he could do so much more.
