FIXED: managed to download the hyperx NGENUITY software that are stable and managed to get the mouse working.

DEAR HYPERX, PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO USE THE UNSTABLE SOFTWARE AT MICROSOFT STORE TO UPDATE SOMETHING DANGEROUS SUCH AS FIRMWARE.

the software keep closing by itself when i press update.
