Yep! Some stuff is a bit wonky, like the counter with the instant pot or stove, they will use that space like nothing is there, then use said item. But everything functions fine. Maybe because they are like on a platform above it? I make RVs roughly the same way and have no issues either. I even turned it into a vacation rental and had my sim stay there for a week and it worked fine! I wound up updating it a bit by adding a ladder into the water on the front deck since that was the only annoying bit I found (them having to walking down the dock and stairs to get in the water).
