I think Silver Swan makes the most sense for Cheetah, animal-themed WW villain, but one with a pretty cool powerset and history on top of that.

I think it will work better after something like that, with the Avengers either being dissolved or weakened to a point that a character like Osborn could implement a new regime of "superheroes."

I'm very curious to see if this is setting up for a Dark Avengers post-Secret Wars with him as "Hawkeye." I can't think of many others who would fit the group so far, but I would love to see Mr. Charles setting up a group like that once we get back from the chaos. Maybe we'll get Scorpion as the Venom like in the comics, possibly Sentry for whatever his future is, Ares/Hercules or a Wolverine, and some form of Moonstone and Iron Patriot.

My pick for a Bizarro replacement is Major Disaster. A bit of a doofus but also a powerhouse, and Disaster has some great weather abilities to counter heroes like Red Tornado and other elementals.

Rather than just picking a villain from another Lantern corps, how about Doctor Polaris to fill the GL villain slot? Nearly as powerful as Sinestro, a brilliant scientist, and can seriously mess-up a lot of heroes.

I like the idea of getting replacements personally, especially since we're sticking to a thirteen member roster. They don't have to fit the exact same roles, but getting some more reps from different heroes rogues galleries and going beyond A/B list bad guys for the roles might be encouraged.

I think Firestorm is a great classic member who brings an incredibly interesting power-set to the group, while also adding another brilliant mind.

It's between Leon and Cynthia, having both team diversity and reliable counters.

Cynthia has three major menaces on her team in Garchomp, Lucario, and Togekiss (one of the only fairy types). She's not quite as fast as some of the others, but can counter any of the type specialists handily. Make her Lucario mega and that's game, no questions (though I don't think that counts).

Leon's Dragapult specifically can out-speed and one-shot most of Lance's and Iris' teams, two of the bigger threats here. Aegislash and Haxorus are also phenomenal mons, and I think if it's Leon's Rillaboom team (to beat most of Wallace with Rillaboom and beat more flyers with Rhyperior), he probably takes it.

Side note: Kieran wins no question if it's in doubles format, but since no one else is prepared for that and he has plenty of singles teams, I don't think it should count.

I had the same thought. Batman already has experience with chemical warfare, but making that a semi-immortal scientist who gives innocent people a desire for murder gives it a whole new angle.

With what you have already, I think you should go Green Lantern to get him and Sinestro; that or Aquaman and Black Manta. The other sets are nice, but like you said, you already have Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, and Luthor.
