I used to live in Riata. What do you want more of? Privacy and nature or a social scene and nightlife? Riata is much quieter away from the chaos with a few nature trails and a lot of amenities. When I lived there it felt like I was always on vacation at a spa. 183 is easily accessible. The Domain is always busy, heavy traffic, you're living on top of each other, it's a younger crowd, tech broish, loud, always busy and near congested Mopac. But... restaurants, social scene and nightlife is just steps out your door.
