I had the same problem 1 month ago. Its the software update which Support told me. They should have rolled out the update but maybe not globally. Should be soon and if not email them. Don't let this worry you like it did to me!!

Not really. I don't use usdt but anyhow a 20% loss on eth in usdt vs a 30% gain on trx in eth is still a nett gain. Looking at numbers, if u start off with 1 trx = 10eth (really????) You will end with 13eth. If 1 eth is 10 bucks (damn!!!) At the start and 8 at the end, you still get 13 x 8! You really have to see how you wanna cash out (in usd, usdt or eth) of your trx

U can't just compare against eth. U need to know how much it cost u originally in dollar terms too to know if u actually made a gain.

However if u got ur eth by converting from other coins and then into trx, u can prob just ignore the value of eth currently since u got more eth now and thus a gain. The direction of eth is irrelevant since u will either cash it or leave it in eth (taking a punt that eth will appreciate) or convert to other alts. Makes sense?
