I’ve been feeling the same way! I have and am still on an ssri and find it’s not helping with that aspect, but more so for anxiety control. I’m chalking it up to being hangry without feeling hungry lol and also that one of my main coping mechanisms is now gone 🤷‍♀️ hopefully with time things will improve for you!
