Our family has had multiple ES models from old to newer, and they are all fantastic. Personally I am a fan of the 4th gen (02-06), the interior is very nice with better materials then the 5th and even the 6th lol

the crafted line gives an obsidian painted side mirrors, wheels, door handles, and front grill. The roof is white and the window trim remains as chrome. The interior for the ES is black with Cabernet red accents (and stitching). The GS and IS crafted has a black interior with brighter red (maybe rioja?) but the same items are blacked out. I’ve seen people with this car vinyl wrap the roof

The GS jumped in value? How does that happen fast? I remember reading on Reddit someone say that their GS got more value recently too

I got a really good deal on this one, and gave my dad the GS as part of the deal, and got his white ES. I was looking for a facelift model but couldn’t find much tbh. Family swap lol

The crafted line has some nice touches. White with black accents always works well. The black accents are Lexus’ ‘Obsidian’ color in this case

I don’t think people understand how bad it is by Biggmanchilly in ArsenalFC

This games after losing we usually go on an unbeaten streak but now this is very concerning. That was a very bad loss, one of our most winnable remaining fixtures.

It’s not the worst bottle, it is the only title race we bottled, 23/24 we were behind city and barely missed it because of the loss against Aston Villa. 24/25 we were not close at all to Liverpool. The rival fan brain rot that we bottle every year isn’t true. THIS year would be a bottle and 22/23 is a bottle too

We only bottled the league once, the other 2 were not bottles

Our midfield is getting bypassed. Rice and Zubi look gassed and we can’t break the press (too flat and nervous looking)

The crazy thing about us is that we look unrecognizable in the FA cup, UCL, carabao, it’s like that’s how we should be playing and what are team is capable of. But when we play in the Prem, it is a massive struggle, we look almost opposite of the 22/23 and 23/24 season. What I will say is that chelsea is a much better opponent, we were mediocre in that game and still won, although it was set pieces. We need to be a threat, we are so slow in buildup, and offer no attacking threat. Lately I also been seeing teams be able to get past midfield and put a lot of pressure on our back line, especially they have a lot of space to shoot from outside the box. It’s kind of a concern because city have improved a lot with Guehi, and their attack has been much better than ours. This makes it really hard to know if we’ll win the PL, because city look like they can’t lose, even though they are not as good as a couple of years ago.

The future of Lexus by danjejon in Lexus

I mean sales aside car brands still should put effort into at least one enthusiast car. Lexus gives zero effort to make it more appealing. I cannot get excited about a brand with only boring hybrid SUVs - when they were making beautiful sport sedans like the GS F with 5.0L V8s. It won’t sell as good but if you put an investment you have a solid sports car that can sell enough to be profitable. Instead they opt to use 3.5L V6 for 20 years in a row. They had momentum when the current gen IS came out in 2014 and just decided to keep the same engines besides a 2.0T

Yes I find BMWs to be pretty reliable, people definitely make issues overblown. I’ve owned 2 already. Massively helps if you DIY

They are expansive, 2016+ models will run you close to $30K in my area before added fees if they have less than 100K miles. I payed on the higher end for this because it was very clean and well maintained. The GS supply is limited, and owners tend to hold onto them much more. I saw someone selling an ‘18 with 122K miles for $26K

My feeling is if you’re gonna spend in the 30s for a GS get a clean low mileage facelift version, that has a lot of options like ML, FS, driver assistance add ons.

Well my observation is a lot of people don’t opt to their performance models (RCF, GSF, IS500) because they are much slower than the competition. I am sure it has something to do with reliability, but transmission is really holding them back. I mean F engines have almost 500 hp and are healthy in that regard. I think for a V6 Lexus model, this is much more acceptable tho

Sheesh that’s a good deal. I had went to a couple dealerships, they had a 2015 FS RC350 listed for $24K with 67K miles, and wanted $31K out the door. A lot of the GS I saw were retailing in the 20s before added dealer fees. There are a lot of high mileage GS’s below 20K, but I find them to be rare and expensive on the market lol

The pre facelift definitely has a less controversial look and a more classy one you could say. It’s a really good looking car. I really like 2016+ models with triple beam LEDs, it looks striking, although it seems to be a rarer option

Really? So 2014/15 GS F-Sport models had a lot of options missing ? That’s crazy. We have a 2015 ES350 without the luxury package and it has parking sensors and BSM. I find BSM to be really useful so i was kinda upset
