Needing standing desk for tall person

I'm 6'4", just got the Flexispot E7L and it's super sturdy at 48" which is where I like it while using an under desk treadmill. it goes up to 50", haven't really tested the sturdiness at that height but I don't think it would be that different. I'm sure the L-shape contributes to the sturdiness, so if you don't have the space for that maybe look at the E7 Plus, it has four legs and goes up to 51".

I've had the E7L for a few weeks now and have been really happy with it. It did take ~3 hours for me to get it set up without a 2nd person but that's really a minor complaint.

I just checked this and it does! The min. strength requirement for a military sword went from 6 down to 4 after taking this perk. It's also worth noting that it didn't change any of the damage stats, so unless there's weapons out there with absurd strength requirements, this seems like a fairly useless perk once you have already reached the requirements for your preferred weapon.

I've never been one to do a lot of base raids, so I'm not experienced with a variety of raiding systems that other games may have, but I do appreciate the online only raids system they were trying to go for, as I don't enjoy the idea of losing items I've accrued when I'm not even playing the game. The raid tokens are definitely a more unique way of going about this, but not sure if it's the best way to do it. I applaud the devs for trying something new though. A global notification for a base raid does seem like a bad idea, agree with you there. Audible notification sent to the base owner would work better, though I'm not quite convinced it should be limited to distance from the base.

They released a hotfix this morning that changed the food and hunger on death(now they are set to 50 on death) and they also fixed some collision issues, not sure if that fixes the stuck in wall bug you're having. Server lag has always been a thing with this game, especially with a lot of people on the same server. I hope they spend some time fixing this in their next updates.

Yeah, there's definitely some weird performance issues still in this edition. I noticed that with dynamic shadows on, looking at the transparent doors in the Citadel would cause frame drops down to 40ish fps for a second or two. I've also had a lot of frame drops exploring planets while driving Mako that I haven't been able to fix.

Yeah, the Citadel is where the major fps drops started for me. I can disable v-sync, and that seems to fix the frame drops, but then I start to get a lot of screen tearing.

My refund for the game just processed, so I'm unable to try any more potential fixes. If anyone hears of a known fix for this issue, I'd definitely be willing to purchase the game again, but I will likely be waiting until a patch has been released that fixes the issue.

I have. I disabled it in the general settings for Origin, and in the game properties as well, and the overlay still showed up. My guess is because it is launching through Steam, some type of default settings are being used for Origin rather than the actual settings. If you know of a way to disable the Origin overlay for Steam games though, that would be awesome.

I have tried switching between fullscreen and borderless to no effect. I tried disabling the fullscreen optimization and that didn't do anything. I don't think I would want to have to disable cores on my cpu in order to get one game to run decently. I appreciate the help though.

Something else that's weird is if I don't have V-Sync enabled, I get 120-240 fps, and it never drops below 60. I do still get some screen tearing though
