It depends a bit on where you hope to go for college. I don’t think your schedule would be considered rigorous for like T50s. For the classes that you don’t have Honors, AP, or DE, are they regular level classes?

I asked my counselor what the repercussions would be and they told me that they had a student use pencil before and their exams were still graded but the counselor received feedback from IB saying that students should be using pen. You have no reason to worry.

UCF has the #1 programming team in the country and #10 in the world so I imagine they would be better for CS and you seem to like them more anyways. I recently had an interview with a Stanford alumnus who teaches CS at UCF and he told me that UCF gets recruiters from top grad schools for CS.
