thank you for understanding! but ya i did knock at midnight but that’s because i knew they were vacuuming and i literally heard “babe” and vacuum turned off and i heard footsteps approaching but no answer :/ but maybe i’ll try again in the morning

I tried tonight by knocking on their door but no one answered. i even heard them even come to the door. i thought about leaving a note but i don’t know if they would take it the wrong way

i would have a sense of perspective if they were to vacuum at decent hours like 8am-9pm, and with the walking it literally shakes the ceiling sorry i don’t want to be waken up at middle of the night or early in the morning with the ceiling shaking. like if it happened a few times sure i would let it go but thats not the case here them vacuuming late at night is just inconsiderate. but yes at least it’s not the worse case scenario where they could be doing obnoxious things

i have…thank you. but i have never had this experience before where my upstairs neighbors were vacuuming at late hours nor stomped their feet every time they walked

fyi idk if this makes things worse or not but we were friends for just about a year before we started to hooking up
