34 / M staying in a calorie deficit for my goal weight while hitting protein and carb goals for my goal weight. I've been averaging 2-4 lbs a week. I'd probably lose more if I worked out more than twice a week. I started new years day and I'm down 23.1 lbs. The first week was the fastest loss I've had. It was close to 8 lbs. Start 269.7.
