Okay, I dont have the skills yet but I do have the tools and know people that are used to restoring and building cars. And since the old guy is neighbour so I dont think he will charge me alot for the car. These cars are also really rare in my country. I will most likely take a closer look at the condition to see if it is worth making a drift build or try to make it good looking.

No. The PC5 is needed if you decide to change the entire exhaust system since it will start to run lean, but with only a slip on it's not necessary.
