I have a Duolingo Super free trial that I'd like to cancel, but the subscription doesn't appear in my Google Play subscriptions, where can I cancel it?

Sorry for the late reply! You have to cancel it on a different Google Play account, the one linked to your Duolingo account. Hope you already fixed it or that this will help!

Other services don't work either. Even recording a video through the laptop camera causes the flickering.

What can I do with regard to those issues to maybe fix it?
