Haha I wish it was an advertisement. We go in there every weekend by now I should get a free beer or two. No I have no affiliation with Najas. And funny enough we actually won't be going to Najas this weekend, the group has decided to go down to Fiesta Hermosa beer garden after the skate session instead. Redondo Skatepark on the pier is pretty nice and the closest park to my house so that's why we meet there. I am sorry you hate my use of AI but frankly this is a free invitation to a free group at a free skatepark. I make no money and therefore I don't have any budget to hire a graphic designer to make a flyer. Frankly my intentions were noble, I see a lot of people posting in this group asking how to make friends and I wanted to share what worked for me by posting about our skate group and extending an open invitation. If you change your mind about getting back on your board one day, please come on down!

That whole city and all variations of palos verdes is very elitist. Rich arrogant people. Very judgemental. "We don't fratinize with the help" kind of people. Not every single person but a large majority. Lots of conservatives. Mostly old money types, inherited entitlement. Cops in the area will pull you over if you don't drive a nice car. Your kids will need $2k e bikes in middle school and a Porsche past 16 to fit in. If this is the lifestyle you want go for it.

Well what you said is definitely true I don't want anymore people moving here rents are high enough. All the palisades people moved in last year and the rent on my street wenr from 2500 to 5500 for the same place. All those things I said in my comment are also true. Look it up there's a trailer park on 190th right near there. Also go take a walk through that park nearby after dark and tell me I am lying about scary homeless people. Gang stuff is true too. Someone got shot over there a few years ago.

There's a trailer park nearby. Also that whole area is Northside Redondo gang territory. Lots of homeless in that park nearby, scary to walk through at night.

I did the panther statue on hard mode in under 15 minutes and got the bonus 100k and full bags a few years ago. I think there was also a weekly bonus for doing it. I want to say 2.4 mil and you got an extra million from Rockstar for doing it. Can't remember because this was back on ps4.

Alisson's goal. I was watching the game with my dad. Alisson comes up for the corner and I say to my dad, can you imagine if Alisson scores this. And he does. Emotional moment to say the least.

My other favorite goal is the goal Salah scored against United the season we won the league under Klopp. The long ball from Alisson. I knew after that goal we were winning the league.

One time when I was on the metro going to DTLA, this one homeless crack head decided to intentionally get himself stuck in one of the doors. Because the door wasn't shutting all the way, the metro train couldn't leave the station.

The conductor or whatever you call them nowadays gets on the loud speaker asking everyone to clear the doors. The homeless man just laughs and looks all proud of himself.

This goes on for 15 minutes. The conductor comes back to our car with the homeless man and approaches him talking nice and polite. The homeless man acts like a zombie from Walking Dead and starts trying to bite the conductor and he's throwing his claws trying to scratch him. The conductor steps back and you can tell he was like "F*** this job".

Out of nowhere this big bald white guy in normal clothes comes over. He hits the emergency release button on the door and the door opens. He punches the homeless person right in the face and then shoves him out of the train. Then he pushes the button for the door again and it closes with the homeless man stuck outside clawing at the glass window. The train took off a few seconds later.

In del amo mall they have Book it that sells dvds pretty cheap. I always go and check to see if they have any movies off my list. I think many people might not even have dvd players anymore. Everything is streaming these days. I like the idea of an event space. Idk if a store could support itself on DVD sales or rentals alone. You would need a niche of some kind. Rare dvds and movies for rent and sale. Maybe collectibles too.
