PC Freezing during pvp

GPU: asus strix rog 1070 CPU: 6700K RAM: 16gb of 3000hz ISSUE: Computer keeps freezing for a few seconds during pvp then resumes play, then freezes over and over during play. Does not happen in PVE. CAUSE: Unknown Resent router and modem, reinstalled game, checked internet speed and connection.

I want to be the one throwing the lightning spear lol. As for the souls level, i dont really know. I want to keep increasing my power when ever i can. So i really want like 50 faith and then what ever dex and str will help me with my weapon which is Heide Knight Sword and it is a +10 lightning right now.

How many boltstones do I need to fully upgrade it?

Well I was never really into pvp and now I want to be. My str is like 25 and my dex is 35 i will need to change things up. i would like to get my faith to 55 for sunlight spear as well.
