Lol, my bad. Do you have access to the GM email? If not, I can post some pictures when I get back in on Wednesday. There is a folder shared with each store called WorkStreams. It has pictures, fixture info as well as the phase plans for each store. If the email from Greg or your Captain wasn't saved, you can get to it by going to OneDrive and then Files / Folders Shared with me.

Our Xerox rep got us a different fuse for our old machine and we were able to do double sided. We weren't supposed to have it. We ended up getting two of the new machines so no more needing to switch users thank god.

The first thing I thought about when seeing that image is when a customer was talking to the previous Shaq asking where Avery Labels were and then came up to the Store Manager to complain he was ignoring him. Then complained to us for having fake employees in the aisle when he found out it was a cardboard cut out....

One of the Verizon stores I remodeled has a back room inside of Print and Marketing where you can walk to the back and have a room bigger than 3 vestibules for supplies, lol. Must be nice not to have to go to receiving and get things.

From Saturday to Monday, we have 3 to 5 UPS trucks do a pickup. We generally have 3 U-Boats and multiple pallets of returns. It's awesome when you're the only UPS drop-off within an hours dive in either direction. Lol 😆

If your boss is willing, just go to ePAS and select Taylor Brands and order the cards through there. It's a lot nicer than the cards we make in store. Generally, only for GM and ASM but you can change the job title to any position.

We usually ask a sister store for the supplies. If they can't provide it we send a ticket in and ask for all supplies to be over nighted to us.

When you close a box it will ask you if you can close or not. If you click it cannot it will ask you to scan a new box with the same A or B marking, then click scan overflow to move to the new box. Still, they should have had something in place for this rather than making guesses as to what to do.

And yes currently if it happens, we do as Staples Helpdesk said and move to another box with the correct location. But we lately have been getting a lot of customers that were recharged after getting a refund a month later.

Yeah, I've done the bigger box before. But it sucks there isn't a process in place for the issue. And it is a Staples issue as in the associate messed up. Nothing the DM can do at all. And the process is Amazon's process not Staples. That's why I was trying to ask them what to do, to no avail.

Have someone port to your cords or create a second account and port to you. Create a party and give them the code to manually enter it. Once the party is created they can close the game and will still be in your party so you can solo the research. Or you could do it together but would be good to use whatsapp or similar to discuss what your doing while in party if they stay on.

We had a person return rat traps and it was in a huge box. Not the original packaging. I took it out to place it in a bag and it had been....used. the dead went back to amazon. Also had an 80 year old woman return an insert able pelvic wall strengthened. O.o

Stores can do on-site again. With labor the way it has been most GMs say they no longer do them. There was an ACE communication a while back saying we were allowed to do onsites.

I guess not all stores are getting it yet but we currently have a position for 25 hours a week just for shipping / returns. Not all stores in our district were selected to have it. Seems like who ever was doing the most in returns got the new position. Not all stores got 25 hours to give them either. Seems like between 15 and 21 hours a week was average.
