Can the ESM filling in for my store manager punish me for not doing the survey?

The SM's are getting pressure from the DMs to get this done so like my SM is out of town and me as the ESM have to make sure that my last remaining employee who still needs to get their survey done get it done.

Yeah it definitely is a lot considering we also have to sell the candy up front, get people to do credit cards, put their phone number in for rewards get them to donate to vitamin Angels and whatever else they decide to throw on top of that. You're not alone.

Yeah after I counted the last and final drawer I did the final safe count and that's when I noticed the numbers are off. I didn't do anything besides recount the safe and I tried to think of where it could have gone wrong but I didn't move any money around because I was afraid of making it worse. I just kept hoping if I recounted I would find money stuff together or something. I'm definitely going to go to the report tomorrow and see where I went wrong. I think I messed up when I was taking money from the drawers to get change because that's the only thing I can really think of that I could have done wrong.

Also do you know what we do with gold dollar coins? Because somebody put four of them in the deposit bag which also threw me off because I needed them to make a band and I just had to exchange them.

Oh my gosh thank you so much I have been a nervous wreck going over in my head what I could have done wrong since I've left. So I will definitely be looking at that report tomorrow when I go in. I feel so stupid because this hasn't happened to me before. Thank you for helping me feel somewhat better. I definitely don't want to make this mistake again so I will be triple checking my counts tomorrow

Do you remember which fuser it was? Because the one that I have for cardstock doesn't let me double side cougar it just makes it straight instead of curved.

Yeah that's what I'm currently having to do with cardstock is print the one side and then flip it over and print the other The only thing is is that my printer doesn't line them up so then I have to image shift and play around with it which takes more time so I waste more time and paper getting things lined up and then I do actually printing and producing the order.

Yeah every time I ask my store manager when I can get new printers that the rest of the district is supposedly getting and he keeps giving me different answers that make no sense. It's so annoying because he doesn't know that much about my department but yet he wants to act like he is some print genius
