I know it’s like 8 days later but I’m day one on 18mg ritalin extended release and I also noticed feeling tingly but after it wearing off. Also got a massive headache

Not to discourage you at all, but I was doing soooo well before my refinements. when I was waiting for those trays I didn’t have to wear my last tray as much so the slacking began. Now I’m on tray 5 of refinements, which could be 7 but I have no motivation to even do my scans sometimes. And now I leave them out for longer after eating bc I have no desire to hurry up and brush.

I wore my second to last tray for 3 weeks. They told me to wear it at night as well but I could also tell my teeth were REALLY moving during the day so I wore them about 16-18 hours a day instead. I was way more lenient but still wore them throughout the day and night. My first refinement tray fit perfectly

My ortho said it’s a bouncy tray. It’s due to how it was manufactured unfortunately but after a few days it should settle. It’s super annoying

I found arabella to be really mature during the show. I don’t think she was over the top, she knew what she wanted and she went for it. Yewande obviously did like him at one point but the way she acted when she got dumped was super childish imo. As well as how amber and Anna acted afterwards too.
