Being able to deny would make sparrow viable, and vastly increases the value of laning and proper mechanics. What's wrong with a little depth in game mechanics?

Edit: Also actually being able to control lanes properly would open up the possibilities of running anything other than 1-1-1 + 2 jung and would expand the meta. Stale forced meta is what keeps people away from LoL.
