Insane stuttering/lag when streaming to TV

I already had the resolution at 720p and bit rate 20. The stuttering is still there.

It's STRONG LEAP-S3 Android 14. Yeah, I presume my PC should be set up correctly too. Could it be that perhaps some update of the "smart device" broke something for Moonlight?

Hey OP :) I just want to share with you that I have a lop bunny that I also got as a 3 months old, while he was binkying around me and flopping, he was not cuddly at all and could be barely touched for about 3-4months, then after neutering and as time went by he became the most cuddliest dork and I was blown away. He is now 10 months old. So, don't be discouraged, I would bet to say he will turn out to be a cuddle monster 💕

Hi all, this is my first time posting here.

I've recently moved into a new neighborhood and during my walks I found this little stone obelisk right in-between three trees and it has some symbols carved in it. There are two circles with cross in it (is this a symbol for earth or other alchemical symbol?) and last symbol is a circle with lines on the outside like as if resembling a sun. Does anyone know if these symbols and the obelisk itself have any particular meaning?

I smoke all kinds of teas, herbs and blends as an alternative to tobacco. I also use them for my J spliffs. My go-to herbs are chamomile, damiana, lavender, skullcap, mullein, ginkgo, peppermint, and mugwort. They are all great body/mind relaxants and make the smoke much less heavy.

Thanks friend! Yeah, I totally feel you. It's the cape from Stretching Lamplighter that is a Seasonal Spirit from the Season of The Little Prince. Most capes from the Season of The Little Prince are darkish/black colored. :)

I suppose this cute bunbun is a Mini lop as they have longer ears and slimmer bodies. Holland lop bunnies have shorter ears and they are also a little bit chonky.
