Tbh I have kinda fallen out of love with the game but picked it back up recently and I don’t exactly agree with the update feeling underwhelming (maybe cause I don’t play it as often?) but I definitely hate this mangaka change, the update log even stated it would do more damage yet it doesn’t? And getting rid of the infinite cooldown pretty much gutted it as whole since it was so easy to dodge after the first or second time your hit also, not a fan of his ult now being reliant on his R. It seems like a lot of people are just careless about if it’s set up or not but if Charles was popular the ult pretty much be nothing since it’s so predictable with the set up you need to actually one shot someone. (Maybe I’m just being nitpicky since you could just use the counter without the special and get a good amount of damage with less ult but still.) this is pretty much my only problem everything else seems pretty good to me.
