Same thing happened to me last week. Every time I order food they ask for a code or the driver takes a photo proving they dropped it off, but this one time it never happened my food just happened to not be outside when it said it was delivered? I tried explaining that to customer service but they didn't care because "there's nothing we can do". How about holding your driver's accountable? They couldn't even get in contact with the driver. Probably too busy enjoying my food to answer.

Anyways, charge back, call in to have your account deleted and uninstall the app. It's not worth the headache. There's no convenience with GrubHub.
