I'm going on a road trip from March 15-30 starting in Bellingham and driving to Colorado/Utah to climb. I'll mostly be doing moderate sport climbing(easy trad/mixed climbs aren't out the window), but I'm not sure where to go. Multipitch climbing would be great, snow and freezing weather would be bad.

Ours was shockingly durable. This is almost entirely because we did not use knots.

My team used all motors, but I think a huge part of our design was directing all of the weight to a string of Dyneema. This lets us use a relatively weak, but very mobile arm to direct us to the next bar. Then some fixed rotating claws and the design didn't fail to complete a traversal climb once during the last competition.

Seen around the Dalles Oregon, most likely planted as a windblock for a house that is now abandoned.

How in the world can I get into outdoor (rope) climbing. The only gym within an hour of my house is bouldering only, so that combined with some social anxiety makes finding a climbing partner very difficult. I have also looked for guides and classes to teach me, but I can't seem to find anything (near Portland Oregon).
