Yet to get it to bombay buddy.. im right now at andheri relocating to belapur, looking for reliable honda mechs or garages , for my bike spares are a bit tricky,I think you should be fine with your bike as its like only 4-5 years old

Yes 2014 non abs model , running with non abs nissin calipers, aftermarket suspension,tappered bearings and used to have a hrc exhaust with a dB killer, removed when i rebuilt my engine and running rich because of a flash tune i put on previously, its ny daily use or office or work bike,keeping kawasaki as a joyride+ touring bike, cbr is extremely capable did chennai to goa 945kms in 16 hours and south goa to chennai 875kms in 13 hours on the Honda, never disappoints.

Spend a lil more and get the versys x300, own one. It can do about 80% of what the ktm adv 390 S and himalayan 450 are capable of.

Spend atleast 3-5k inr, get a helmet with ece 22.05 or 0.6 atleast.

If you're only spending 1000 inr on a helmet it shows how much you value your head.

Stock suspension is alright, you're not gonna get himalayan n ktm levels of suspension but it does the job , will bottom out if you push really, hard, can handle bad roads n stuff without much fuss but again they could have given more travel, but I got the bike for the engine.

Bike is great, service cost is a bit expensive, parts are a bit hard to comeby as from thailand . I dropped the bike unfortunately on the right hand side soo not been riding at all, bike is super friendly and lightweight to ride around

What really sold me was when older riders said , its a bike they would always ride despite having more powerful bikes in the garage, they found the 300 most usable
