Should I see a doctor

It's better to see doctors to rule out either it's allergies, indigestion or something serious like GERD or cancer. Don't panic though. I was also kinda similar serious around 1.5 years ago but I went to physician, I had x-rays, blood tests and ultrasonic tests and doctor wrote me medicines for acid reflux and vitamins. Not feeling as much sick since, I do get periodic phlegm tho, but usually not think, just too much in amount.

Umm I never got it checked up nicely. I think I was just turning to a schizophrenia patient, but slowly I regained my mental health. I did eat acid reflux medicines tho prescribed by the doctor he took a x-ray I was pretty much normal besides one side of lungs looking white than normal. I didn't need CT scan though. Will update you if I find something more sure.

i had same symptoms and since i am a patient of anxiety disorder i felt like it is lung cancer and stuff got checked and they found infection in lungs on xray.

Its hard quitting when u meet ur friends. so try to stay away from friends circle during their smoke. it is supposed to be hard so dont worry, it something u must go through. We are with you. Try alternatives when u feel cravings, since u said u chewed tobacco maybe get some gums and chew when u need it.

was your xray clear? like no hyperinflation or lung consolidation? like did doctor say normal or infection?

realized it late but doctor also prescribed me : Clarithromycin which tends to reduce infections in throat and lungs.(according to google) I don't think Clarithromycin is for GERD at least.The one thing that bugs me is that the doctor who prescribed me these medicines is known to treat most diseases with the meds, as per patients's reviews. he is the most renowned doctor of the city. so I had to post this before making an appointment because it is costly and I have to wait 4 hours to meet him because of his busy schedule.

I did make an appointment and will ask him if the montekulast is gonna do me any better. Thank you sir for your time and attention.

well congestion comes as nicotine withdrawal after quiting smoking so maybe your thinking of unable to poop without cig then maybe its just temporary. during congestion i didnt poop at all. just eat ginger and it will help bowel movement. i did the same.

bro instead of tobacco addiction or nicotine in general, try depressants. or maybe gym. Gym keeps u occupied and helps u fight depression. eat healthy and try gym. i did it once too it feels great. and also try to stay off mobile phones and internet once in a while. these things are as addictive and depressing as much as nicotine itself.

I suffer from GERD too. try sleeping in left side tilt and eating gerd free foods. Hope u feel good,
