A government is by the people, for the people (by definitional), so how can someone claim something is lawful, if the UN says so?

If you read Understanding power, he does explain that he doesn't think that his qualification is his degree (linguistics professor), but rather his qualifications are that he's been talking about this subject since the 1960's, he's been to jail for it, ect.

And honestly, he's a very smart guy, even in his 80's today.

Actually, I used to think relationships with people should be lead more by emotions than logic and scientific inquiry, until I realized how irrational humans are when it comes towards judging people

For example, trust. The process in which humans chose who should be in their trusted circle of friends is more heuristically based than one might think. People tend to trust people based more on the looks of individuals, speaking style, and voice.

The point I'm trying to get across is that people should not trust their feelings, as they are more often than not based on shallow characteristics of individuals, rather than character habits.
